    Fully hotel was a life saver for us when our earlier booked accomodation gave us a last min heart attack informing that the KSL apartment was not habitable and still under repair. It was a bad bad service as we were stranded at mid valley still waiting for check in instructions. Omg! We were a family of 6 with 2x old folks and 2x teens and a couple. As the notification only came in during 4-5pm, we had no choice as all other hotels in the area we planned to stay originally, were either fully booked or charging exorbitantly ridiculously high! Was too last min for us to book from Airbnb too. Out of no choice and did want to return to sg as we had all planned. We had to make several impromptu changes so as to keep the family safe and in tact. Fully was then available, though we were not familiar to the new area, it was a blessing in disguise as we all at least had a good rest for the night. Aircon was cold and hot shower, rooms were decently acceptable thought the cleanliness can surely be very much improved! Found a gem just right down fully hotel, where there is a 51 year old bak kut teh store. Woot! Dining experience was good as it was not busy as compared to downtown stores yet the food served was nostalgic and old school. We had a good breakfast and found a good makan place! Check out was simple and fast. No fuss. Decent for a simple good night stay for the price you pay. Thanks for being out life saver!

    As we are ready to check out at 11.50 am, the staff will come knock your room to alert tenant to check out. First time happen to me. 😅

    Not the cleanest of rooms. A lot of smoking in the building that was off putting especially with a child. Friendly and helpful staff
