I liked the view from the balcony and the proximity to other malls
It was rather old, some walls were chipping off. Also, there was a big insect in one of the rooms. The pillows were also insufficient

the location and view of the homestay was fantastic. spacious and view towards the Singapore was absolutely nice and awesome
the homestay was quite old and do not do any maintenance at all. feels dirty in overall especially for the sofa, the paint was peel off everywhere quite serious.

Location and the view were nice. Checkin and checkout were seamless.
Bathrooms and toilets can be a bit clean.
