Apartment was clean. Well equipped and Nest Home was prompt in response to our queries.
Had some difficulties with the balcony lock. Could only open the door to the balcony intermittently. But from the 3rd day onwards it is fine.

- Located relatively close to the JB City Centre.
- Great views.
- The host could not provide an Invoice as what was charged by Booking.com, nearly RM100 less because they could not include the Cleaning Fee. They pushed the responsibility to Booking.com if we need an Invoice with an exact match, but Booking.com says otherwise. Something to bear in mind if you are travelling for work and needs an Invoice for claims.
- Bed was too soft, lacks support for your back.
- Lacks a water purifier - ensure that you bring your own drinking water.
- The unit is located at the building at the back, which is quite a walk if you want to walk out to grab groceries.
