    I wanted to book 2 nights but eneded with 1 cause I forgot to change dates. After realising, I went to book another night thinking I could get the same room. I was browsing other host and found some at cheaper price but decided not to book cause I do not wish to move ard by checking out and checking in. To save all the unnecessary lapse. But to my horror, host said we have to move cause the room im staying was not what I book. Like seriously?? How in the world will we know?? My first booking was "Deluxe King Suite" and my second booking was "Deluxe Suite King". So tell me how on earth do we know its gonna be a different room???? If I had known I need to move, might as well book the cheaper room from different host for the same building, right?! Can't be bothered to argue further, we agreed to move to another room. And as a recovery, they said they will help us with the luggage to be sent to the new room when its ready. Ok fair enough. But another unpleasant experience was when they cant even allow a 30 min grace period of extension. We practically jus need a 30 mins bcos we r washing our clothes. Atleast 30 mins allows us to gold our clothes and pack them in our luggage. But we were turned down. Reason being that is bcos the room has another booking. WOW! My experience with this host jus turn really unpleasant. But of cos I cant say their facilities in the rooms is not great. It was a pleasant stay after all. But customer service wise..... Hmm. They really need to work on the room titles in booking page to avoid misunderstandings. Its a total misleading that leads to unpleasant experiences which leads to unhappy stay although the room is well equipped.
