    Ideal hotel location right beside mid valley mall. Housekeeping experience was generally poor - spoon wasn't washed, toilet tissue unkept, bath towel given only 1 instead of 2, water bottle not refilled. Good stay if its at reasonable price.

    The Hotels manager TK is friendly and pleasant. He greets all guests with cheerily.. and is very fatherly towards the young guests toddlers.. etc. We ve stayed numerously for its convenience and room cleanliness. Definitelu wont be our last stay! TQ TK..and staff!

    The room size ok. Can see wear and tear. No maintenance. The bathroom flooded during bathing. The bed is nice. The buffet breakfast so so. The buffet dinner is very good. Facilities ok. The hotel staffs and the security staff all very good and friendly.
