The chk in n chk out process was straight forward and smooth. The instructions were clear. The room, the indoor games (dart, fusball table, vid games).
The water dispenser do not have cold water, just hot and ambient water.

Spacious appartment, well equipped. Owner stays in touch and is reachable any time. Smooth check in and out. We stayed for 2 days to wash clothes and do some shopping before headjng to the next island taling the plane from Senai Airport. Location has a lot of amneties such as a pool, gym, playground. We could profit from all.

The bathroom in the upper floor was moldy and the bathtub broken. It was fixed with tape😅. Did not use it but it looked in better condition on the pictures provided. The windows are not very soundproove. We could hear a lot of noise at night. The building is surrounded by heacy construction.

Convenient location, close to convenience stalls and food places. Plus it was a clean and cozy place to stay.

I liked that there was a few games and tv with Netflix subscription to occupy our time with.There was a children’s room near the swimming pool.The apartment was 2 story and it was quite nice.The view of Singapore at the balcony was quite nice.
-Bathtub was not working(The bathtub could only fill half.)
-The swimming pool should be stated as under maintenance as it was not available.
-There should be a designated area for showering on the top bathroom and not just the bathtub.
