Due to the location of the property, is quite difficult to obtain the key card and access card even with the help of the host which already send the guide video thru WhatsApp. Overall of the stay is excellent.

The fridge is somehow not working. Not cool enough to chill the drinks and the freezer can't solidified the water to become ice. The aircon at the living hall keep turning off every 30 minutes which is quite annoying, One of the light at the bathroom was fused. Overall it is a quite satisfying stay.

Totally satisfied! Absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The space felt welcoming and well cared for, and the host was super friendly, prompt responsive, and incredibly helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Easy to check in. Easy to reach host. Overall fairly clean. There is hot water and air con is well. Have shampoo and body wash. Good facilities and have shops below to easily find good food.

For first timer like me, it was difficult to get the key to the room. Have to use T&G access card and R&F car park access card. I booked for 2 adults and I child (15 years old) and repeatedly send email to request for sufficient beds but there is only one queen size bed. Nevertheless your staff was helpful and provided a duvert and my child could sleep on it on the floor. It’s too big, especially the basement carpark and it’s very hot. Maybe I shouldn’t compare to the convenience of staying in hotels. Anyway, it’s an unpleasant experience for me, ny wife and child, but your staff was helpful
