    Appartment is good but the Parking is very inconvenient. Check out time from 8am only nobody at reception before 8am

    Right in the Heart of Johor. Spoiled for Food choices and easy check in-out process. Could do with a shower curtain.

    I had a rather disappointing stay at Space Residency JB. While the place itself looked decent, there were several inconveniences that made the overall experience uncomfortable. Firstly, the parking situation was very inconvenient, especially when you’re driving in and out. It made what should have been a simple hotel stay unnecessarily troublesome. The toilet was also very small, and unfortunately, there was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from it. I informed the staff, and the cleaners came over, but all they did was wash the toilet floor. The smell was still there even a few hours later. In the end, I was simply given an air freshener, which obviously did not solve the actual cause of the smell. For a guest, cleanliness and a properly maintained bathroom are basic expectations. Masking an unpleasant odour with air freshener instead of investigating and resolving the source of it was disappointing. Overall, the combination of the inconvenient parking, cramped toilet and unresolved smell made the stay much less comfortable than expected. I hope the management will take feedback like this seriously and improve both the facilities and the way maintenance issues are handled.
