    Toliet had drainage smell , wifi not working, alot of mosquito had to ask them to change the room in the middle of the night, but still had mosquito. Definitely not worth the price and won't be staying there in the future as well

    Cosy clean room & great location to KSL mall Famous dim sum restaurant at lobby entrance and 24hr mini mart. Professional friendly concierge located on level 4 assisting check in/outs for guests for both Towers A & B. High recommended for future repeat stays 💪🙏

    Stayed for 2D1N. The location is convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby and KSL within easy reach. The room is quite small, with barely enough space to open a luggage, but this wasn’t a major issue for a short stay. Air-conditioning and heater were functioning well. Shampoo and shower gel were provided, but there was no toothbrush. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. There were stains on the pillowcases and bedsheet, and the drawers clearly had not been checked or cleaned. We found items left by previous tenants, along with used tissues, plastic bags, dust, dirt, food scraps and hair inside the drawers. The bed was also already creaking. There was only one power socket in the room, and it was being used for the TV. We had to unplug the TV whenever we needed to charge the phone or use the hair dryer. WiFi was also quite weak. For check-in, we had to check with security as the access to reception was not clear. Reception is located on Level 4, and the service was quite slow, so it may be better to avoid peak check-in/check-out periods. Overall, I would say this place is suitable if you simply need a basic bed to sleep in and plan to spend most of your time outside. However, if cleanliness is important to you, I would not recommend it. Personally, I would not stay here again.
