Staff charge me extra for a "forced" upgrade due to lack in availability of smoking rooms and was unable to downgrade me to a smaller room due to inflexible refund policies because of price difference. Otherwise, would recommend it with 5 stars within a drop of the hat.

Stayed for one night the aircon only gets to cool down the room in about 2 hours later plus the aircon vents was very very dirty. As a technical person whom does aircon in Singapore, instantly I knows that the aircon was not properly maintained and dusty.

I like the room but please note there is no bidet spray. It only come with the automated tiny spray in the bowl but it doesn't spray directly to the butt!!! Wifi is super slow!
