    Location is convenient - short drive from Austin and Tebrau. Room was clean and beddings comfortable. The Hot Spring facilities are kinda neglected and needs some attention. Overall not a bad stay.

    Booked for two nights. On our 2nd day, at about after 3pm, our door was opened from the outside by the supposed supervisor without our permission. We were thankfully inside the room when it happened but my husband was only in his briefs and I had to run to hide myself as I was under dressed too. We just got back from our lunch. The supervisor asked if we were extending our stay and my husband replied, we booked for 2 nights. No apologies, no explanation as to why he budge into our room. We went to the recep to find out and the guy told us the supervisor was unaware that we booked for two nights!!! Gave us no details whatsoever despite the fact that he told us he has cross checked our complaint. I'M SO DISTURBED UNTIL TODAY. Genuinely thought we were going to be robbed when he opened our room door!!!
