    “Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff provided excellent service, with a gentleman who was especially helpful, friendly, and responsive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-cooled, making it very relaxing. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect for rest. I also enjoyed the nice view. Overall, great value for money and a satisfying experience. Would definitely recommend.”

    Ideally situated close to JB and the JB bus station. Staff was nice to let me park my car at the hotel parking when I went for a short meeting to Singapore with public transport. Quiet location and local restaurants are a walking distance away.

    I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children. We initially checked into a room that had visible mold spots on the walls and a very strong moldy smell, especially coming from the bathroom. After raising the issue, we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had a strong musty odor that triggered coughing. Although there were no obvious mold spots visible, it appeared that the room had been repainted, while the underlying damp smell remained. What was most concerning was the cleanliness. We found leftover food under the bed, with insects crawling around it, which suggests that the room had not been properly cleaned before our stay. We were travelling with young children and a newborn baby, so air quality and hygiene were especially important to us. The overall condition of the rooms made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about our family’s health. The staff were polite, but the hotel seriously needs to address its mold, ventilation and housekeeping issues. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience and we would not stay here again. Visible mold, strong musty odors and poor housekeeping are not acceptable, especially for families with children.
