The check-in process was a breeze as we were guided step by step. The rooms were very clean. However, pillows can be more firmer as it was soft and lumpy. Long bath was abit flimsy and made a lot of noise when stepping on it. Difficult for the elderly climb in and out for shower. The other shower area had rain bath which was not useful if you don't intend to wash your hair and there were no place to put in your shower gel while showering.
The lifts!!! It was ridiculous. We had to wait about 45mins just to go down. In such a huge and tall building, only 1 lift was functioning till my son had to climb down 19 floors. This is really unacceptable!
