Staff is friendly, allow me to check-in earlier abit. Good location.
Aircon is very loud even in quiet mode. Water dispenser not easy to use. One of the light was spoiled, the wall pain has crack.
Shower head is small, kind of old type.
As u need to pay deposit first, so make sure check everything once u arrived and text them.

The property is clean and tidy, with decor.
The towels have unpleasant smell, the toilets have no bar to hang clean clothes and towel, not enough pillows provided. The property only provided 2 pillows for each room. I had stayed before others that provided 4 pillows for each room.

location was alright
I thought it was a serviced residences, I had no idea that checking in was rather confusing. There is no on-site concierge. Instructions were via whatsapp which was not very clear. The place was not well maintained. Lift and lift lobby was dim and eerie. Key locker's lock was busted. Gym had only 1 a/c turned on (out of about 8 a/c) making it extremely stuffy and not possible to do any exercises in the heat.
