Near shopping mall & in a city
Aircond leakage at the master bedroom, informed staff they give extended check out but another staff member gave me time as usual check out. I need to clean up the leaking & remove the bed mattress far away from leaking Aircond.

Location right next to Mid valley Southkey, good view, very big space with kitchen island and lots of comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with microwave and fridge and ironing board. Place was clean.
Master bath was see-thru glass, need to close the door before using or else can see from outside. Pillows were flat, had to stack a few to be comfortable. TV has too little channels, Door frames were rusted and gross.

Location. We have always stayed at this development whenever we are in JB.
The apartment is generally clean, but the fittings are quite worn. I was also unhappy with the requirement to pay a SGD100 deposit before receiving the passcode to get the keys. Furthermore, I wasn’t given any proper instructions on how to transfer the deposit until mid-morning. Even then, the passcode was only given very close to check-in time after the deposit had been transferred. I’ve never had to transfer a deposit before.
