Aircon is weak.. it needs chemical cleaning

Near shopping mall & in a city

Aircond leakage at the master bedroom, informed staff they give extended check out but another staff member gave me time as usual check out. I need to clean up the leaking & remove the bed mattress far away from leaking Aircond.

Location right next to Mid valley Southkey, good view, very big space with kitchen island and lots of comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with microwave and fridge and ironing board. Place was clean.

Master bath was see-thru glass, need to close the door before using or else can see from outside. Pillows were flat, had to stack a few to be comfortable. TV has too little channels, Door frames were rusted and gross.

I spouse to love the location but the house made me not dare to leave the permis

There are only 1 old pad lock to lock the house gate and no others security or electronic lock the main door. Just a hammer can open the old lock! Save ty is "0". Toilet smelly, old style shower heater have, have to turn till your finger broke Very dusty bed and u will find itchy when u sleep at night. I booked 2 night cos of the above reason hope to cancel the next day and ask for refund but no answer The owner dose not do their work ! Replying message after 4 hour when u ask again. Will never go with this company again! And booking.com! Your client use your platform is all about safety and happy then only cheap but not the unresponsive!
