The host of the house is very informative, easy to deal with and the facilities in the house exceed expectations. My family members are very comfortable and enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. My kids enjoy the corner of toys and board games (many choice). In the future, I will come again and stay here.

Room is clean.
Able to hold up to 6 pax.
Nice and well equipped gym.
The curtain at the main room was too short. During the day, sunlight shine directly onto the pillow, making it difficult to sleep.
The toilet sink too low for people above 165cm
3 socket switches in main room but only 1 can be used. The other 2 can’t plug in a 3 pin plug.
Car parking at L9 was too troublesome, many turns and pillar corners to look out for.
On Monday night, due to the busy pasar malam, traffic was very heavy in front of KSL. Car and bus horned can be heard past 10pm on level 24.

Newly acquired and decorated, small and compact but fit a family of four to six nicely.
The wifi needs to be further strengthened, given that we are on the 27th floor we’re mobile data signal is poor.

Great location and a clean, well-maintained place. The bedding comfortably accommodates up to four guests, and having two separate bathrooms makes it very convenient—no worrying about someone hogging the toilet. Check-in instructions were clear. The building is fairly new, with easy parking that’s pre-registered in advance by submitting your car plate number. WiFi signal was strong.
A hook on the bathroom door for hanging clothes during showers would be a useful addition.
