Twin Galaxy City View Homestay Near CIQ Johor Bahru

Convenient location near to CIQ. Close to malls like KSL and the Pelangi area with lots of food options. The place had basic stuff for the kitchen but because we were going to stay for over a month, we asked for a vacuum and drying rack, which the landlord approved and had sent to us. Besides that, the bed was comfy and the layout was a good size for 2 people.

The security guards were annoying especially at the gym. One of them was a bit crazy - he refused to let people turn on the lights in the gym or even the air conditioning, which is crazy considering it’s a closed room and sometimes with multiple people in there working out, it gets seriously warm and sweaty. Don’t know what his problem is. Also, there are some guests in the connecting homestay next door that come in for a party and scream nonstop in the middle of the night, or once a dog came to stay for the weekend, and barked nonstop. I love dogs but the noise from inconsiderate people was horrible since walls are thin. Not the owner’s fault but those were the worst parts of the stay.

Everything were good. Place is perfect. Carpark lot for my unit is good(single lot) Facilities is wonderful for family. Access to building all secured. Collection is smooth. Grab food friendly. Room is cold to my perfection. Best Aircon for the hot weather. Room size is spacious even with all furniture. Balcony view is good. Utensils and equipment for small cooking available. Towel, toilet paper and rubbish bag given. Bed and pillow all is acceptable.

Can improve on the bedsheet, quilt and pillow. I believe all are shared so have some smell. (Maybe is me sensitive). But all are new sheets.

Flawless, good service, easy.

Customer service is slow and doesnt really answer our request. Doors between our appartment and the studio were unlocked and we feel unsafed. Kids bed was shabby with nails falling down. Disappointed as i stayed 3 month ago and it was much better
