the view and comfortable room
The property has limited cooking utensils and equipment available.

Good sized apartment, spacious and great facilities. Nice pool and playground for kids. Easy pick up and drop off for grabs.
Lifts were slow and a bit tricky to navigate out of the property.

The unit is clean and cozy
So many foreigners, n inside the car parking area, we even have been stopped by one asking for a help to drive their van 😱 scary area.

The apartment was comfortable, though there are a few issues that need attention: 1) the bathroom door lock is broken; 2) water pools in the bathroom after use and doesn't drain, requiring a squeegee to dry the floor, which poses a high risk of slipping and falling; 3) the air conditioner in one of the rooms is quite noisy; 4) the sofa upholstery and ironing board cover look dirty and need protective covers..suggest to improve..for others is good👍
at outside the P1 exit door and parking area, a guest family brought a pet dog without a leash or supervision ( a risk to other residents).
