R&F Summer Suite 2B2B Walking to CIQ

Just above the main R&F mall. Very convenient to go down to the mall to eat at the restaurants there. Very tasty food at the D'Shanghai Restaurants and Tang Tea House. Quite nice view for a R&F Phase 1 apartment. Partial sea view. Phase 2 has better view but is further from the main R&F mall. Friendly and helpful security guards. Property manager was responsive to queries and check-in/check-out instructions were detailed and clear.

The pull switch for tap and shower head in the master bedroom bath wasn't working properly. We had to use a piece of rag to hold up the pull switch so that the water will come out from the shower head. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty.

Location. Walking to JB central is a plus.

The apartment could be so much better and enjoyable if more attention to detail is paid to cleanliness. We found little irritating bugs on our legs whenever walking barefoot on the tiled floors. No drying cloth for dishes and scrubs and dish sponges were overused. The shower cubicle could do with a thorough clean especially doors and tiles. No replacement bin liners. Better crockery would also upgrade the apartment and get a better review. +Tves. Filtered water, washer and dryer and location.
