This property was pleasant!

Good ventilation and cooling aircon. Basic needs met, no toothbrush so bring your own. Sufficient chairs to sit around. Functional fridge. They use direct filter tap water. Owner was fast when giving instructions prior to our visit. Good for family. The carpark is easily accessible and lift goes up straight to the unit. The building carpark entrance has like a metal shutter which opens with their cards and the guard very alert.

Toilet is not well-cleaned but usable with soaps. Glass side lamp located on a low side table which can be dangerous for young kids risking pushing and dropping it. Furniture are low like the sofa table, tv console and tv. So not recommend for ppl with running kids. Towel have some stains, if particular bring your own. Since the property is like a home, please ensure to check the items of any physical damage and take photo as evidence just in case you been ask about it. Like going to any accomodation practice checking the rooms and its items and when leaving check everything is in order. Window no grill.

Nice clean hotel, far exceeded my expectations. We got the big room though, tons of space for a family of 4. My son was enjoying pool and roof top view.

The toilet bath was flood with water. The flow is very slow.
