It was very neat and clean . Everything in proper place and beds are so comfortable to sleep
Had a difficulty with the hot water machine . There was no hot water coming out . Other than that everything is working well .

Clean, good view. Clean sheets, Towels provided, no toiletries though. No funky smell. There is a ventilator in the toilet. The toilet was wet when we came in, maybe it was because they just washed it. That time, jacuzzi was not working, duly informed by the staff.

The place is clean and is the same as in the photos. My family has enjoyed staying here. My toddler enjoyed the tent and toys provided. The host is amazing and prompt to respond. High floor, near to JB central. Has nearby restaurant.
