The place is nice and location is good as it's near CIQ and the necessary amenities. The unit is on higher floor and is very tidy and clean. Access to the floor and unit is through key card and only to the specific floor that you are staying in, so it's very secure and quiet. There are only bare minimum of kitchen essentials and utensils. Washing machine is provided but have to bring own detergent. The facilities at this condo are good especially the pool, gym room, etc and they even had a paid laundry and dryer area on one of the floors. Would consider staying here again the next time we are in the area.
The mattresses seemed abit old and worn out as they are sunken in the middle and pillows are also abit too firm. There are also not enough clothes hangers in the bedrooms and laundry room. Communication is mainly through WA as they didn't seem to respond to queries through the booking platform.
