The apartment was good except the checking in process. We reached out to the property host one day before checking in and the day of arrival, but we got no response at all. We tried several times and finally got the response. It took a hard time. The communication was poor.

There was a leak and took a while to fix. It was stressful because we had to wait for staff to fix it and missed out on spending time with family.
