Near the causeway, shopping malls just at the lobby, room near the lift & free parking
Cockroaches at the kitchen area (hygiene hazard) & broken toilet’s door knob (safety hazard)

Très bel appartement, très bien situé avec une vue sur le bras de mer et sur Singapour. Très propre et confortable. Pour ce qui est des aménagements dans l’immeuble, il y a 2 piscines, de quoi défaire du sport, du billard et du ping-pong. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec le code, tout à été résolu très rapidement par téléphone.
Je n’ai pas apprécié que soit affiché en premier un prix sans les frais et taxes, ce qui a fait que le prix payé au final était le double de celui proposé sur la page d’accueil!
