It near the Jb custom with sheltered walking path and nearby there is food and supermarket.
Hope they provide some packet coffee or tea which would be great. Maybe also provide body wash and not just shampoo. There is a smell coming from the bathroom but you can close the door.
Soundproof is not good. Can hear people talking loudly outside.

I like that the property is clean and that it’s fully furnished
There were some plates & utensils in the cabinet that were not cleaned but that could be because the guests before us didn’t clean up properly

- walking distance to KTM
- provide free parking
- have fridge, washing machines, iron, can cook
- the studio was spacious, can accommodate 3 people
- just one, the clogged bathroom!! im stress & having hard time to take a shower
