Ksl D'Esplanade Studio Apartment's 3

Studio apartment is quite clean . Everything in good condition . Wifi was fast compare to the previous room we had book . Was a short stay so we din went to use the facilities .

One lift was on repair and we din know if both side of the lift can be use or not cos previously one side of the lift after upgrade cannot be scan and use . Checkout was usually cramp given the amount of ppl using .

The moment we stepped in the unit, it smells so nice and everything was neat and tidy. Although it was just a small unit of studio apartment,we were beyond impressed with the service and the amenities provided Unlike other units that we stayed before. Here they have iron, hairdryer, washing machine, cosy swing at balcony,water boiler, microwave, fridge, Clean towels and the list goes on. The owner was very prompt in replying msgs too. Will recommend this unit to friends and families

I don't like the lift .. need to wait for so long and it's always full.the aircond is not cold despite at its lowest temperature. But it's ok.

Location is good. Host is helpful and prompt.

Much better if: - Provide some washing machine detergent capsules. - TV can be larger. - Include a roll out bed/mattress.

Check in was easy. Room was clean and spacious. Wifi was great. Balcony is west facing so you can get to see a beautiful sunset.

The road leading to the apartnent had massive jams during my stay, so getting to the apartment took longer than usual. But the worse thing was the lift. Super long queue each time we took the lift from the ground floor. Only 3 lifts were working though it was super super slow. Average waiting time is about 10 to 15min just to take the lift up and down. At times, lift will bypass your floor for unknown reason, thus adding up to the waiitng time. At 1 time, I had to wait for about 30min and was still in the queue. So I had to take the lift up to the 21st floor and while doing so, other guests were also seen taking the stairs up. Its unfortunate for the owners of the apartment. They had done well in managing the apartment and keeping it clean for the guests. But the lift really will stop guests from coming back to this place. Owner did say they have brought up to the building management but nothing was done. Really hope, the management of the building will be pressured to do something about the lifts to be fair to the owners.
