The location is 10/10 convenient, within walking distance to KSL and many eateries. It’s a new property so everything is new and clean. The price for this booking is super affordable, so it’s definitely value-for-money since it also comes with towels, toothbrush, toiletries.
The booking is very misleading - after booking on this platform, your room is NOT confirmed until you contact the property directly and make payment via bank transfer/DuitNow. I was not aware of this until I contacted the property to ask about possibility of early check-in and realised I had to “pay to property” and not “pay at property”. As I did not have DuitNow, I had to ask around my friends and family before someone helped me to pay first. Instructions to check in was also unclear, and check in took place strictly at 3pm on Level 4 which was a mess (and no air ventilation)! A poor guy was behind a counter with NO signage of “Cityscape” and when we entered the room, it was obvious they had just cleaned up the unit as the entire toilet was wet. Definitely value for money but booking and registration can be improved.

Not clean - ceiling fan was coated with thick dust and no sound proof. Can hear next door very clearly.
