Very close to HSAJB. Walking distance. Great value for money. For what I paid, I got a nice apartment with two bathrooms. I stayed alone so really did not need such a big space. Parking provided. Spacious apartment.
The aircond did not work in the master room, but was not a big issue for me as I was travelling alone, so I could use the other room to sleep in. Might not have worked well if I was travelling in a group. Very confusing instructions by the security on parking arrangements, had some difficulty around this matter. Since I was travelling for work, and I chose to stay here primarily on the basis of distance to HSAJB, I was frustrated that I had to move my vehicle a few times and had trouble explaining it to the security officers.
