Comfortable stay in a modern, clean apartment.

The interior was in excellent condition and of high quality. It was clean and comfortable. Large bath.

No coffee maker. The exterior of building is a bit shabby and there was a strong odor of a petroleum product in the lobby the day I arrived.

A lovely stay in Brussels, in a nice apartment in a very nice area.

Yes, it was easy to locate and collect the keys, using the pin codes and passwords in the email. The apartment was quite nice. Two double bedrooms which could sleep up to four people. A nice living room and kitchen. a spacious bathroom. A little balcony with 2 chairs off the kitchen area. There was a good sized TV and printer. Wifi was good. The building was situated within walking distance of both the tram and bus to bring you the few minutes journey to the Centre of town. It was a safe area with many quality restaurants and shops nearby. We enjoyed our ten night stay with you. Thank you.

Items the owner may consider for improvement: 1) There is only one set of keys and the door has to be locked from the outside using the keys when someone leaves the apartment, so if everyone does not leave together you are faced with the decision of either locking some of your group in until you return or having those remaining in the apartment locking someone out and having to go down to reception hall area later to let those outside back in. This was not a major inconvenience to us, but we worried about fire hazards and having someone trapped inside. On my own home door I have had a lock fitting attached so that those inside can turn the door knob from the inside if an emergency exit was needed. MAYBE, the owner could have the offer of 2 sets of keys if needed. 2) A microwave would be a fabulous addition to the already well equipped kitchen as we would have used it daily if we had one. 3) We did not notice any fire/smoke alarms in the apartment.

Comfortable apartment in a great area and neighborhood. Not so far from the city center. Comfortable rooms, good furniture, specious bathroom, equipped kitchen.

Roomy flat in a great location but with downsides.

Good communication with host. Excellent location. Handy for the supermarket, restaurants and tram stop. Comfortable beds. Big, comfortable settee.

No microwave. Temperamental and dangerous kettle that spat out boiling water. Filthy dishwasher that we had to clean out before we used it. Party with loud music and flashing lights in the courtyard below our bedroom windows until 2am. The courtyard is owned by residents of the ground floor apartment. We spoke to one of the residents on an upper floor and he said that it doesn’t happen very often. Unfortunately, we were staying at the same time as the party was taking place.

Nice stay.

Good location. Quiet and not too far to the city center. Check in was super easy. On street parking is paid during the day except for Sundays so be aware of that. Supermarket, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance.

Tutto a posto!!!

Nice apartment in a nice neiborhood, close to the historic center, actually you need to take a bus (38) or tram (93) to reach it about 15min +/- clean and good instalations. A lot of restaurants and Carrrefour to 5 min. We stayed 3 nights it's enough to visit Brussels. I fully recomend visit Brugges and Gant. Thank you Mirjana

Appartement beau et spacieux

Très bel appartement, bien décoré, spacieux, bien situé ... Et j'ai apprécié la remise des clés par boite. C'est propre et agréable, rien à redire.

La literie est un peu dure mais j'ai bien dormi quand même. Prévoir des cache-yeux car les rideaux laissent passer la lumière

Wij hebben een nacht in de flat geslapen. Heel grot,mooi en schone appartement. De uitleg voor de sleutel en binnen gaan in de gebouw was heel duidelijk. De buurt is veilig en rustig.Aanrader!!!

Appartement spacieux et calme mais des détails dérangeants pourtant faciles à regler.

L'appartement est très spacieux et situé dans un quartier calme et proche de supermarchés et transports en commun. Équipement menager ok (four/machine à laver le linge /sèche linge/lave-vaisselle),literie très correcte. Une vue sur une cour intérieure voisine agréable avec poules, chien,chat qui donne un côté paisible. D'autant que les animaux ne sont pas bruyants.

La propreté très limite de l'appartement : surfaces des murs, brosse WC, ...vaisselle rangée mais en partie sale (couverts, poêle,verres,assiettes).... le manque de côté fonctionnel : stores non ajustés laissant passés la lumière, deux tabourets de bar pour manger sur la seule grande table spacieuse et suffisante pour 4 personnes...et les fuites sous l'évier, sous la machine à laver. Une réactivité aléatoire face aux questions : nous n'avons jamais su où mettre les poubelles.

Bruxelles, c’est fun

La résidence est bien située, près des transports en commun desservant le centre historique de Bruxelles et le quartier du Parlement européen. Pas très éloigné de la ligne de bus W qui vous amène au champ de bataille de Waterloo. En retrait d’un quartier animé avec ses multiples restaurants.

L’appartement etait trop chargé en mobiliers pas très fonctionnels. L’utilisation des appareils ménagers et de la cuisine n’étaient pas simple.

Gute Lage und Verkehrsanbindung in einer ruhigen Gegend

Größe und Lage der Wohnung waren gut, ein Parkhaus und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle sowie eine Bäckerei und Restaurants/Bars sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Spül- und Kaffeemaschine waren in keinem guten Zustand und konnten so nicht genutzt werden; vom kleineren der beiden Schlafzimmer aus hat der Aufzug beim (Ein-)Schlafen gestört; die Betten waren sehr hart.

Zentrumsnahe Unterkunft mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Sowohl die Größe der Wohnung, als auch die Ausstattung und die zentrumsnahe Lage sind als großer Pluspunkt einzuordnen. Der unkomplizierte Check-in ist positiv zu bewerten.

Die Parkplatzsituation in der Umgebung ist aufgrund der undurchsichtigen Parkregeln und fehlenden Verkehrsschildern schwer zu durchschauen. Ich habe im Vorfeld im Parkhaus "Park Bee Louise" in der Avenue Louise 225 mein Parken relativ preiswert reserviert/gebucht. Es ist nur 6 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

Appartement agréable, très bien situé et bien équipé ! Consignes pour accéder à l’appartement claires ! Petit bémol sur la propreté (lavabos salle de bain qui bouchent, lave vaisselle rempli mais pas propre). Mais tout s’est bien déroulé, je recommande !
