Posizione perfetta, pulizia al top e arredamenti originali. Ho apprezzato anche la presenza della cucina comune con macchina del caffè a cialde e utensili da cucina (es. apribottiglie e posate).
L’unico difetto, se proprio devo trovarne uno, è il terzo piano senza ascensore, ma per il resto non ho nulla da eccepire

La struttura è eccellente e la pulizia della camera viene effettuata quotidianamente in modo impeccabile. L'host si è dimostrato straordinariamente disponibile, venendo incontro a ogni nostra esigenza con grande gentilezza. La posizione è strategica: comoda e perfetta per raggiungere tutte le principali mete di Napoli in massimo 20 minuti.
Trovandosi nei Quartieri Spagnoli, la zona è collinare e per raggiungere la struttura c'è da fare una camminata in salita. Inoltre, l'appartamento è al terzo piano ed è raggiungibile solo tramite scale strette e ripide. Essendo un quartiere molto popolare, le strade non sono sempre curatissime e c'è parecchia confusione a causa del viavai continuo dei motorini.

La struttura è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla centralissima via Toledo (fermata metro). Ottima per muoversi a Napoli e visitare la città. Il signor Paolo è gentilissimo e si mette a disposizione degli ospiti.
Accesso alla struttura situato a terzo piano senza ascensore con scalini abbastanza impegnativi. Ottima per due persone, letto matrimoniale e un divano letto, noi eravamo in 4 e si stava strettini, per pochi giorni fattibile.
