Very friendly staff and professional, they were proactive and kept in touch to help us into the property for the first time to avoid us being stuck outside. The location is amazing near every thing really. Very clean place and very safe with heavy doors and locks.

Feliciana, Maria Clara and Lucia have been kind and super helpful. I was stressed due to a last minute flight cancellation and I had to book something to stay overnight. I saw the pictures of the terrace and I fell in love with the place. And it was the best impulsive choice I have made. The building is in the middle of the city centre but once you are in, there is no noise Breakfast was included and Feliciana prepared it on the spot. Delicious
