The overall vibe is artful while warm and friendly.
The antique elevator gives special ride, although the birds-eye view is worth it.

Location was great, views of the city from the balcony (marinara room) were amazing. Staff were amazing, Maria and Attilio are great. They have a city guide that links with your Google maps (why don't all hotels have this??) Room was lovely, clean with working AC and they make use of recycled materials. Pizza themed B&B. Just all round enjoyable experience. They have a passion ans really care and it really comes across.

Stunning view from the balcony at sunset. Central location so easy to get around. We liked having an en suite bathroom. The room was small but clean.
There was only one pillow per person. When the other residents came back at night the lights from the corridor lit up our room. It was very hot in the room and there was no fan. There was no sink or running water in the kitchen area. We couldn’t clear up our dishes. There were also no plain teabags left. The lady who met us at the hotel was very helpful and friendly, ordering us a taxi for the following morning.
