Great spot and green courtyard area and rooftop off the kitchen a great spot to sit with your breakfast.
Shower struggles to drain. Was very hot and it wasn’t clear how the aircon came on until someone in the room chased it up late at night.

Everything was more than I expected, the hopestel is an amazing oasis in the busy center on Napoli, the staff is amazing and friendly and the facilities were great. Will definitely visit again!!

The Staff are super friendly and thoughtful
The rooms are well thought out
The garden is beautiful
Yoga classes and workshops you can take part in
Not a dislike but you just have to remember to ask for the AC to be turned on in the evening :)

Staff & Hostel were fantastic. Very friendly & the facilities were wonderful. Lovely place to explore the city or hang out in the garden/living area.
Great if you are a social traveller who enjoys meeting people.
Sleeping situation was quite uncomfortable with no real privacy & on the days I was there it was very loud at night but I think that was likely exceptional circumstances.
Fireworks went off outside my room when I was trying to sleep but again - I can't imagine that is a regular occurrence.
