Assistance from owner about tours in Naples and willingness to help extra to make your trip as comfortable as possible, comfortable beds and responsive communication
The elevator was a bit scary as we accidently pushed "stop" button we were trapped in the lift for a hour 5 minutes between floors but luckily neighbors came to escape us.

The apartment was beautiful, super clean and very comfortable. a little bit far from the beach area and such but i expected that from the location. valentina was amazing she met us on the street and helped us get into the property and explained everything
nothing really i had heard stories about how naples is sketchy but it just seemed like a very old and bustling city to me. i’ve grown up in los angeles and spent years living in downtown san Francisco tho so maybe im just used to the vibes. i will say i felt a lot less safe the last time i was in down town la walking around so it’s not bad.
