Location and facilities are good. The apartment is just a few steps away from subway station, and there are several bus stops within few minutes' walk. The room is large and it's quiet all the week during my stay. Host is welcoming and very helpful, she sent videos to explain everything in the building and room so all things are clear. There are wide range of choices on breakfast menu, although I didn't have chance to try.
The glass on room door makes the room bright from early morning when sun light starts to enter window on the corridor. The elevator costs 20 cents every time and it gives no change, so coins are necessary. It rejected my 10 cent coins, so better prepare 20 cent coins.

Beautiful apartment, clean and fairly equipped. Nice bathroom. Great location to explore the city, metro station right in front also.
I stayed in the familiar room, facing the street with a balcony. Piazza Cavour area is quite busy all day and night, so be mindful that a bit of noise will be a part of the stay in that room.
Unfortunately the bed was impossible to sleep in, 2 very soft mattresses united with a soft topper, you always end up in the middle of them. The solution was sleeping in the sofa bed, not great, but much better than the bed considering the situation. This was really the only negative point of my stay, but had a huge impact.

A big factor of why I enjoyed my stay in Napoli was the stay at Casa di Nina.
The place is located in a very vibrant and central location, very close to two metro stations, the historical center and the national museum.
The room is way very calm and comfortable I had a great time there.
The toilet has a bidet which is very important!!
Nothing honestly, maybe just the covers, they can be renewed.

Cheap, well located.
Had to pay cash for lift rather than it being included. A light in bedroom didn’t work. Stupid electric key meaning you couldn’t see to put the key in. Uncomfortable bed.
