Everything was great! Enzo was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us some excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit, which we really appreciated. The place was extremely clean, with cleaning done every day. We also loved the thoughtful touch of having refreshments waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived, especially welcome in the summer heat! The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room very comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Nothing! Everything was perfect! If I really had to pick one small thing, it would be the light on the air-conditioning unit at night, but it honestly didn’t bother us much at all.

The whole experience was that when I arrived at the airport, I had a text from Enzo on WhatsApp guiding me on where to go and how much it would cost me in a taxi, and that his son, Michelle, would be waiting to welcome me. The property is super clean. The AC was a blessing in this heat. I was given the option for a voucher and also breakfast. I used both. I say the breakfast in the apartment is better! Very hospitable host. Very good value for money. If I ever go to Naples, I will stay there. Lastly, but most importantly. The pillow they used is the best. Enzo/Michelle - if you see this review, do tell me where you get your pillows; I want one for home!!

I wish the same setup were not in the thin old alley. The issue is guest/collegues struggle to find the place and you have to go out and wait on the road for taxi/uber to arrive. But it is not the property's fault; it is just Naples by design!

The breakfast (within the hotel) consisted of more than you may normally get and with a pleasant informal atmosphere. The location is perfect for the city centre with convenient metro and bus connections. The hotel's location within a narrow side street may seem at first rather daunting, but this reflects the essence of old Naples. What is most surprising is the superb internal décor, cleanliness and a high standard of attention to detail. Enzo and Bruno have achieved a little gem in the heart of the city.

There is practically nothing to criticise about the hotel although some aspects of Naples may seem a bit of a culture shock to those who have never been before, but to many this eventually becomes the cities appeal and charm.
