Key in lockbox was straightforward. Never saw host, but was contactable on WhatsApp, & appeared ready to help if needed. Room was value for money in Naples
Room needed some clothes hangers or hooks, as no wardrobe. Plenty of space to add some hooks on wall or back of door & same in bathroom for hanging towels & clothes.
Key very tricky to use in door into accommodation. Main outside door & room key were fine, but key into unit was tricky.
Need to be careful that hot water is turned on at bathroom switch

The room was okay for two nights, but I can't imagine staying there any longer than that. The location is excellent, just a few steps away from great restaurants and bars. The room has air conditioning, which was great for the August temperatures.
The host who welcomed us was friendly and explained everything to us.
The bathroom, located outside the room, has mould, which means that towels are never really dry, and the bathroom does not smell very pleasant. It was clear that it had been cleaned, but it needs renovation. The floor in the room was also really dirty and needs cleaning.
