Really friendly staff, offering to share information if we need anything. Even offered to book us a taxi without us asking, super hepful.
Didn't realise it was up so many narrow and spiral stairs - there is a lift most of the way, but then 3 flights of stairs to still navigate. This was quite challenging with 2 large suitcases! On arrival the staff did this for us which was wonderful, and most unexpected. But as we checked out super early, we had to manage the suitcases downstairs ourselves which was quite a challenge!

Good location, close to the historic center and main monuments. Good metro connections to the train station and ports. Quiet apartment, complete silence at night. The owner, Marco, was very helpful. We plan to return here. We strongly recommend.

Marco is a great host. He let us to check in early and provided map explaining how to explore Napoli. The rooms are located on 6th floor ( 1 floor without the lift but no problem for us) and are quiet due to soecial windows, which was really important to be able to sleep there. Breakfast is prepared by owner and consists of both sweet and savoury items( youghurt, ham, cheese).
Just small thing about WC, the splushing of which is very noisy.

It is an elevator ride of 5 floors and then another floor of steps.
