The service was excellent, we were welcomed with open arms, communication was super and whatever help we needed, we got it! The place and room is nice/ok. Breakfast also ok.
We didnt like the location, I knew when booking that its not very central (about - walk to old town and via toledo) but I expected it to be more green because outside of city center, but it turned out to be in a not very nice area. Unfortunatly, the beds werent really comfortable (when my husband just moved a leg the whole bed was bouncing :) ). And when there were people in the kitchen at night, we heard everything.

This is a gorgeous place in the middle of a busy city. The staff are wonderful and go over and above to make your stay comfortable and as easy as possible. This is the place to stay in Naples.

The staff were fantastic and the best part of our stay. They were so helpful and considerate. We loved having access to the outdoor area and the breakfast was lovely.

The rooms are clean, there is free ac and free coffee + snacks, the garden is really nice. The breakfast, although there wasn’t many options (which is good for someone who has trouble picking), was good and fresh. The staff is lovely and super helpful and go out if their way to help out with everything needed even when they don’t need to which is added bonus.
I did very minimal research on the location because it was booked in a rush, and the location wasn’t our favourite but it is close to metro so not really complaining.
