The accommodation is comfortable. The communication with the owner is straightorward and simple. The location is great for exploring the city. Breakfast is typical Italian – sweet. Huge bonus to the travelling experience. It is possible to store the luggage after checking-out which is also a huge benefit.
The sofa is a bit uncomfortable, whereas the regular bed is great. The dining area is shared with other guests. We were lucky to share it with polite and considerate people.

Excellent location Good and plenty breakfast A large room (I was at room nr.3). Very good communication with the owner. Tha room was cleaned every day. The sheets and towels were changed every day.
Slippers were missing...anyway not a big deal...
