Perfect location in the center of Naples, close to everything and just a few meters from the metro station. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. I had a very pleasant stay.

Air conditioning was good. The space itself is vastly large and the breakfast (which is in an external cafe) was delicious even though it only consisted of one croissant and a drink. The staff member who wasn’t present but checked in with me on WhatsApp was really kind as she ensured that my stay was pleasant.
Staff could not really speak English well and seemed to have a mocking attitude by smirking - so keep this in mind and try to brush it aside. It isn’t really appropriate for elderly people as there isn’t a lift and to get into the building is quite a hassle. The room is to be frankly honest, not really clean. It was dirty in many places.
