Charming apartment converted to b&b in the heart of the city, perfect to experience the feeling and beat of Naples. Very friendly and accommodating hosts, Fransesco and Floriana were very friendly and always available over WhatsApp for questions and recommendations and went out of their way to accommodate our needs! Great recommendations for restaurants given, which is very important in Naples as most spots are really touristic, so we went with Floriana‘s recommendations and enjoyed some very nice dinners!

The apartment was originally really nicely made with attention to detail, but one notices it would profit from some basic maintenance (shower, pillows and towels need renewing, shaky table). No real closet space in the room, we had to keep our clothes mostly in the suitcases, which is not very convenient for a longer stay. Breakfast not in the property, as can be inferred from the pictures, but at a cafe nearby with very limited selection of one beverage and one pastry per person.

the location was more than convenient as toledo is right down the street so you can easily get to anywhere in the city or transfer for pompei or other long distance stays and it’s surrounded by great sights, food and shops right along the street. breakfast provided right across was a great start to the day especially with the surreal view. floriana and francesco went out of there way to make sure we were able to do a late check in, gave great recommendations and were so sweet, would definitely recommend a stay here :)

Excellent, incredible view, cleaning every day (I stayed 4 nights). I spent mornings and evenings on the balcony admiring the beautiful view, which I still think about !! The room has a very practical shared kitchen with a fridge with milk and coffee Α curtain is needed in the bathroom to prevent water from leaking out and also the shelf in the shower is annoying and useless Room quite good. The bed is big. The pillows are not good. I didn't like the idea of ​​the bathroom being separated from the room by a glass, but OK it is not a disadvantage ! Also the room is in the center of Naples and very close to ALL, and near to the underground station Toledo If I will visit Naples again, I will like to stay at the same room !!

The only minus is the poor breakfast (1 coffee and 1 piece of either croissant or pizza) from a nearby cafe

We didn't see any staff or owner in the two nights that we stayed.The establishment was very hard to find and the whole process involved several phone calls with the owner.The entrance was cavernous and very unprepossessing and the lift a little scary.The website stated that a generous breakfast was served in the dining kitchen each morning.This was not the case at all.In fact,one was required to go to a cafe around the corner to be offered a small coffee and even smaller pre packed cake.There was not the promised kettle in the room,indeed there was no kettle in the kitchen at all,you had to boil water in the microwave.I would say we paid a premium price and it was not good value for money!
