The place was good, spacious, central location.
There was hot water only for 5-10min during the evening and not at all during the morning and it was a bit noisy but we were staying for only 1 night, so it was not that big of a deal.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated right next to Via Toledo, within walking distance of all the main attractions and public transport. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, providing us with plenty of useful information on how to get around and great local dining tips.
A few small suggestions for improvement:
It would be very convenient to have a hook or a rack in the bathroom for towels and clothes. Also, we would have appreciated it if the kitchen counter and the dish sponge were in a slightly better condition in terms of cleanliness. Lastly, a small drying rack would be a great addition for washing our coffee mugs.

Excellent location in the historic center, within walking distance of many attractions. Antonio provided all the necessary information for check-in, maps, and a list of attractions and restaurants. It was very thoughtful of him.
The room's windows overlook a busy traffic street, noisy even at night. The curtains are thin and short, letting in light from the street. A dark room is a better place to sleep. The closet has no shelves for clothes. The bathroom lacks towel hooks and hand soap. Plastic packets of shampoo are provided instead of hand soap. Once a packet is used, the remaining shampoo spills into the box, creating a puddle, which is unhygienic. The towels don't dry overnight, forcing you to use wet ones, which is inconvenient.

The property came up with a free airport transport on booking.com but this service wasn’t available and the owner was quite rude about it. Scary entry late at night. Also very temperamental shower.
