This is a brilliant hostel, the garden area is very pleasant to relax in, the staff are so helpful and friendly but there's one massive downfall. Although it stipulates that there's air con, it is not switched on until 9pm. Naples is exceptionally hot at the moment and to return to this accommodation with no air con until 9pm is absolutely brutal. For this reason I would never book again during the summer months. This is so regretful to say because everything else is great, but air con is a massive factor in hot weather. If I knew the set up I would not have booked this accommodation for that sole reason. When it does go on at 9pm it is set to 25 which is not cool enough. The have said on management's instructions they can not alter this as it's too expensive. On speaking to all the guest regarding this issue, everyone agrees they would be more than happy to pay extra if it meant there was sufficient air con. Can I ask the management to consider increasing his fees for the accommodation to reflect a suitable air con system. No one would mind this additional fee versus the brutal conditions in the accommodation without.
