L unica pecca è che non ci sono piatti bicchieri posate ecc

la posizione migliore di Napoli, praticamente in Piazza Plebiscito, di fronte la Galleria e Teatro San Carlo. Camera spaziosa in un palazzo storico molto particolare. Staff cordiale e disponibile per varie esigenze. Rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero super, vista la posizione.

The fundamental problem was the misleading information given about where to collect the key from. We were informed by email that it was at 242 Via Chiaia. Failing to find anybody at this address, we checked the website that said 232 Via Chiaia but after chasing down by phone, we eventually established it was at the left luggage office at 230 Via Chiaia. This was really stressful when you are beginning to fear that you may have no overnight room to stay at. It is critical that the information sent to the guest is accurate about where the key is to be found. Can you look carefully at the information on this that is sent out. The staff just said it is a different address in the afternoon from the morning ( confusing in itself) but it was clear in the email correspondence that we were arriving in the afternoon, which we did, albeit a bit earlier than originally estimated
