Location and staff both amazing
Bathroom needs update, very dirty bathrooms. Also need update (falling toilet flush buttons, faucets in the shower falls when you touch it. And just moldy sliding doors. Just need some painting at least in the room. But you get what you pay for. So it’s still a good stay. Staff was really really nice. Would stay again because of the staff but the property need some update.

Great room size and decently clean! You could ask to wash towels and if they can accommodate, you could wash your clothes.
Lift has lovely soundtracks, the first time in my life that I see a lift with music, my child loved it!
We were on the 5th floor, Napoli room, big window (faced the stairs), double bed, a couch that can be used as a single bed, and a medium sized bathroom.
I didn't meet the owners/host but whenever I needed something, they were prompt to reply and really nice. Cleaners were really nice too and always there in the morning to arrange new rooms.
The decoration behind the bed, is mostly sponge material, so, it can actually be really dirty and not sanitary.
A couple of hairs in the bathroom sink and shower, but nothing major, I cleaned with antibacterial wipes, no bothered to ask them to clean for only two hairs.

The location is really good
The room was in a terrible condition, quite a lot of stuff was broken. The place tries to be fancy, but at least this room was not maintained.
last thing, I support that the stuff enjoys working there, but not at 7 in the morning when I try to sleep.
