The staff was great! Very helpful and kind. Luciano was great and he guided us perfectly and the cleaner lady was so kind and she gave us extra towels.

There are some things that missing from the room such as towel hooks in the bathroom, racks for the shampoo in the bathroom. Also a mini fridge inside the room for our personal Staff and a bin inside.

Ottima soluzione per due coppie..camere con bagno privato e spazio condiviso dove poter farsi un caffè e utilizzare il frigo. Ci è stata data anche la possibilità di depositare i bagagli prima di riprendere il volo la sera.

The location is very good if you want to stay in the centre. It was also very clean and well renovated. It also had good amenities (towels, water, coffee, tea etc).

When we booked the room it was not clear at all that the appartment would be shared with other 3 people. We realized it when we get there. The guy that received us tried to convince us that it was clear but when we discussed it with the other people they said that they hadn't understand it too when they booked the appartment, so I think the description is misleading. Eventually we didn't have issues with the others but if I knew it in advance I wouldn't have booked it. The worst thing of all was that when the time for the check out came, nobody came. I sent a message to the host asking how we are going to do the check out and he said that we just leave the keys in the appartment and close the door. The next day he sent me a message saying that we didn't leave the tax in the room before leaving. He never has said we have to do it, I thought that they would keep it from my card. Of course it would never crossed my mind to leave money in a shared with strangers appartment, moreover without previous agreement with the host. Although I found it weird, I asked a bank account to transfer the tax. I also sent a message informing that I did the swift. One week later, Booking send me a message saying that the host informed them that we left without paying. Of course I had the receipt of the bank and since I explained I didn't have any more problems with Booking but I find this behavior of the host unprofessional and unacceptable. The room has a lot of noise from the motorcycles outside.
