Good location. Metro lines 1 and 2 very close which allows mobility for different parts and to the central station. Manuel, the host, was very kind.

És war sauber, genug Platz für Koffer, man konnte gut kochen, zentrale Lage, guter U-Bahnanschluss, supermarkt in der Nähe. Man kann draussen auf dem Balkon sitzen. Sehr hilfsbereite, engagierte und geduldige Betreuung durch Manuel!🤩

The place completely failed to meet expectations. 1. The place markets itself as a guest house, but it's just an ordinary apartment with two rooms that are rented separately. Common areas are only cleaned when new guests check in. The owner even suggested that we clean the living room and kitchen ourselves. 2. The room description mentions soundproofing. And this was our important request when we were choosing the room. Forget about it! You will hear EVERY sound from the street. You'll fall asleep and wake up to sirens and honking. All day, every day. 3. The shower door is broken, and the water pressure is terrible. 4. The description says that the place provides toiletries and bathrobes. However, we only had liquid soap diluted with water. I've never seen a place skimp on SOAP, which costs 1 euro. 5. The terrace is only available if you rent the room with two beds because the roof access is only from one room. 6. The terrace is EXTREMELY dirty. It is never cleaned! 7. The accommodation is located in a maze. It's very difficult to find it in the building. 8. The listing mentions 24-hour security. However, halfway through your journey from the street to the apartment (which will be a long walk), you will encounter a security room. There, an elderly gentleman sits, but only for a few hours a day and only on weekdays. At the end of our stay, the owner LITERALLY ASKED us to rate his room as 9 or 10.
