The apartment was in a good location, very central only about 10 minute walk to central train station, 2 min walk to via Duomo street which has restaurants, bars and shops. Marco was very helpful and available at any time by call or text. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning.
The AC only worked while you were in the room. It was operated by a key that was with the apartment key so couldn't be left in the room when you were out. The room never cooled down.

Our stay at Maison Mitra was wonderful. The location is perfect for all the tourist attractions in the city. The rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable, and the service team was attentive and friendly. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.Our stay at Maison Mitra was wonderful. Marco is best! - very polite and available with any question for the city
The place is too old, with bad canalization, and smell. For 5 days, the place didn't change the towels even. Obviously the place is not a hotel and don't have much expectations. Not enough sheets and poor pillows.
