Property was situated exactly where we wanted it to be. Easy to move anywhere in the City. Staff was very nice and helpful. Air conditioning was also working perfectly.

Nothing really that I didn’t like but with small amount of money it could be done small details that could improve the Hotel spaces.

Wonderful location.

Friendly helpful staff on check-in. Secure building. Working lift. Comfortable bed. Double-glazing. Air-conditioned. Good fridge and stove. Good bathroom. Uncluttered - no plastic plants or ornaments taking up space.

There was a washing machine that was not connected. Management was informed but nothing was done. The apartment was poorly, or at best, only partially equipped. No dishwashing detergent or teatowels were provided. No bin in the kitchen. No small broom or brush and pan, or cloths provided so we couldn't sweep up crumbs or wipe up spills. No cutting board for food preparation. No wine glasses, only 2 tumblers and a tall glass. It's usual practice to provide a few basics such as teabags, coffee, salt, pepper, oil. But none of these were provided. It was more like a basic hotel suite rather than an apartment.

We had to book this last minute and the staff were accomodating. It was big so we could relax.

Walls were paper thin and could hear everything from next door including dog barking. I also thought it was a bit expensive for where it was but we had to book it.
